Rotherham United v Burnley – Under 2.5 Goals (4/6)
Oostende v Lokeren – Both teams to score? No (11/10)
Mersin/Draw double chance away to Sivasspor (17/20)
Trabzonspor v Konyaspor – Both teams to score? No (4/5)
Rotherham United v Burnley – Under 2.5 Goals (19:45 BST)
We will start with the regular Friday night English Championship match and going low on goals in Burnley games is never a bad policy, especially when they are playing away from home.
Rotherham this week parted company with manager Steve Evans despite back-to-back victories under the Scot and it would be no surprise if the players’ confidence had been affected by his departure.
Oostende v Lokeren – Both teams to score? No (19:30 BST)
Oostende are proving to be a revelation in the Belgian league this season, still top of the table going into this weekend, and will be confident of keeping out a Lokeren side struggling for goals.
Lokeren have lost four of their last five games and both teams have found the net in less than half of their nine matches this term, so we are happy to boost the acca’s odds with the ‘no’ option in this fixture.
Mersin/Draw double chance away to Sivasspor (18:00 BST)
On to Turkey now and we think Sivasspor are very opposable favourites in the first of two matches we are focusing on in that country.
Mersin have a strong recent head-to-head record against these rivals and with neither team recording a win yet this term, the draw has to be a big runner in the match market.
Trabzonspor v Konyaspor – Both teams to score? No (18:00 BST)
Konyaspor have got themselves sorted out at the back and that should stand them in good stead for their visit to the Black Sea port of Trabzon.
The visitors have kept consecutive clean sheets and as the Tigers’ home matches this term have generally been on the low-scoring side, we can expect at least one shutout.
